As it is a private urbanization, access is restricted only to owners, which makes Cala Llorell beach less crowded than other beaches on the Costa Brava.

The views from this villa are absolutely stunning, with views of the beach on either side of the villa and the beautiful Costa Brava with its crystal clear waters, rocks and pine trees.

The location of the villa is unique, being one of the few villas with private access to the beach. Just walk down the ladder from the terrace and your feet are in the sand.

It has a large private pool of 5x12m, sun loungers, a chill-out corner and an impressive terrace with incredible views of the sea.

On the first floor there are 6 rooms.

On the ground floor you will find the large living room with stunning sea views. On this floor there is a bathroom with a bathtub.

From the living room there is access to the dining area, as well as a small separate lounge, and a kitchen.

The dining room and kitchen have direct access to the front terrace.
