The guest house is separated from the main house by about 50 meters and consists of a living room with a fireplace, four double bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of them en suite. It has an accommodation capacity for 8 people.

Outside, there is a large garden with lawn and swimming pool, an orchard with fruit trees and a forest. Also a large covered porch as outdoor dining area, sun loungers and garden furniture.

The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle. It also has a washer and dryer. We offer baby cots on request.

The property is located on a quiet rural road that offers high levels of privacy and is less than 5 minutes drive from the town center of Cabrera de Mar and the town of Argentona where you will find all kinds of services as well as quality restaurants. The center of Barcelona is about 25 minutes away and the wide sandy beach of Cabrera de Mar can be reached in less than 10 minutes.

Mataró has an excellent shopping center, supermarkets and restaurants and is only a 10-minute drive away.

Barcelona airport is 40 km from the house and Girona airport 60 km.
